萬用醃粉焗排骨


得閒撈定樽萬用醃粉,

用嚟醃雞, 豬, 牛, 羊, 魚乜都得!



萬用醃粉:
4 茶匙乾 parsley 碎
3 湯匙红椒粉 paprika
1 湯匙 garlic powder 蒜粉
3 茶匙黑椒粉
1 .5 茶匙肉桂粉
1 .5 茶匙薑粉 ginger powder
2 湯匙鹽
4 茶匙幼砂糖


做法:
排骨斬件, 
用適量萬用醃粉, 一湯匙紹酒, 橄欖油拌勻, 醃約4小時
入預熱 180C 焗爐焗 30 分鐘, 期間要反轉
